To rent a vehicle you need: minimum age of 18 years, valid category B driver's license, valid ID card or passport, and a payment card for the deposit. Unlike other car rentals, we don't require 2 years of driving experience or age 21+.
Reservation is simple and takes only 3 minutes: choose a vehicle from our offer, select dates and pickup location, fill in contact details, and confirm the reservation. You will receive confirmation immediately by email. The reservation is valid for 2 hours from the agreed pickup time.
No, you don't pay anything when booking. You pay the total rental price and deposit only when picking up the vehicle – via online payment gateway, bank transfer in advance, or cash (only rental price, not deposit).
Yes, but they must be pre-registered and approved. Additional driver must meet the same requirements (18+, valid license), will be listed in the contract, and a one-time fee is charged for each driver. Important: If an unregistered person drives the vehicle, insurance doesn't apply!
The rental price includes: mandatory liability insurance (TPL), collision damage waiver with 10% deductible (min. €400), Slovak highway vignette, winter tires (in season), regular vehicle maintenance, and 24/7 customer support. Not included: fuel, additional driver fee, personal accident insurance.
The deposit is a refundable security blocked on your payment card. Amount depends on vehicle category: mid-range €300-500, SUV/luxury €500-1000, sports/premium €1000-3000. Deposit is returned within 7 days after returning the vehicle without issues. It covers potential damages, fines, or missing fuel.
For rental we accept: payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer in advance, or cash upon pickup. For deposit only payment card (blocking). For companies we offer invoicing with deferred payment.
Cancellation is FREE! You can cancel your reservation anytime without cancellation fee. Note: In case of repeated intentional cancellations, we reserve the right to refuse future rentals.
Every vehicle has: TPL (third party liability insurance) and collision damage waiver (vehicle damage coverage). Deductible is 10% of damage amount, minimum €400. We also offer supplementary insurance with reduced deductible for an extra fee.
1. Call the police (for injuries or damage over €3990). 2. Get contact details of all participants and witnesses. 3. Fill out the Accident Report form. 4. Contact us within 24 hours at +421 910 666 949. 5. Document damage with photos. IMPORTANT: Don't admit fault on the spot, don't give money to participants. If you don't report the accident, you bear full responsibility!
Insurance DOES NOT COVER damage caused by: driving under influence of alcohol/drugs (renter pays 100%), unauthorized person driving, driving in prohibited countries, racing, drifting, competitions, gross negligence. The renter is fully responsible for such damages including loss of profit.
You receive the vehicle: washed and cleaned inside and out, with a full tank of fuel, technically inspected, with documents (registration, green card), and with mandatory equipment (first aid kit, warning triangle, vest). Photo documentation is made at pickup and km/fuel status is recorded.
Return the vehicle: with FULL fuel tank (FULL-TO-FULL system), in clean condition (normal dirt is OK), with all documents and keys, in the same technical condition. Fees: missing fuel €2/liter + €20 handling, dirty interior €30-200, dirty exterior €30-50, lost keys – full cost of new ones.
Tolerance is 30 minutes. Up to 30 min delay is free, over 30 min charges an additional full day. Tip: If you know you'll be late, contact us in advance. Extension is possible with consent and if the vehicle is available. Not returning the vehicle without agreement = unauthorized use with criminal consequences!
Yes, we offer flexible pickup and return times for a fee. Standard: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 free of charge. Weekdays outside hours: 17:00-20:00 for a fee. Weekend: 09:00-22:00 for a fee. Holidays: 09:00-22:00 for a fee. Arrange in advance at +421 910 666 949.
You can travel with the vehicle throughout the entire European Union except Romania, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Travel to non-EU countries is only possible with our prior explicit approval given by e-mail. Insurance does not apply when driving to a country without our approval!

STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY! Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle including electronic cigarettes. Fine for violation: €200 (including presence of ash, cigarette smell, etc.).
NO. Towing any trailer or other vehicle is prohibited.
PROHIBITED! Vehicles must not be used for: racing and competitions, drifting, automotive contests, track driving. Insurance doesn't apply and you bear full responsibility for damages.
Pet transport is possible after prior communication with our staff. Conditions: animal must be in a carrier or secured, interior must be clean when returned. Cleaning fee for soiling: €30-200. Contact us in advance at +421 910 666 949.
Yes, vehicles are equipped with a tracking system. Why? For vehicle security, resolving insurance claims, and assistance with breakdowns/accidents. By signing the contract you agree to monitoring during the rental.
Fines are your responsibility. The renter must pay: the fine amount and administrative fee for processing (according to price list). Tip: Follow traffic rules!
You pay all costs: cost of new keys, cost of new documents, loss of profit (40% of daily rate during vehicle downtime). Important: Never leave documents in an unattended vehicle!
Standard deductible: 10% of damage amount, minimum €400. Example: €2000 damage → you pay €400 (minimum), €8000 damage → you pay €800 (10%). Tip: We offer supplementary insurance with reduced deductible.
