Processing data necessary for entering into and fulfilling vehicle rental contracts, including reservations, vehicle handover and return, invoicing, and communication related to rental.

Processing data for issuing tax documents and fulfilling legal obligations in the field of accounting.
c) Customer Communication
Responding to your questions, handling complaints, and customer support via email, phone, or contact form.
d) Property Protection and Debt Collection
Processing data to protect rented vehicles and collect any damages or unpaid receivables.

- ID card number (for identity verification only)
⚠️ Important Notice
In accordance with § 2a of the ID Card Act, we do not make copies of ID cards. We verify document data only visually at vehicle handover and record only necessary data (document number, validity) needed to identify the contracting party.
Billing Data (for corporate customers)

- Payment card data (processed via secure Stripe payment gateway)
